Alan开始戒烟，小朋友也控制自己，放学后不再出现在购物广场游荡。我呢……开始戒掉MSN瘾，还有汉威-瘾、懒惰瘾。晚上不再拖到半夜才睡，桌子慢慢变得干净整洁。

It's like watching an old woman's face regain its supple youthfulness in a minute, with all the wrinkles and age disappearing, going back to how it should have been. The feeling is indescribable.
